Own a Piece of History...

Bossier High School recently commissioned the reproduction of the 1963 book titled A Pictorial History of the Bossier Bearkats 1926-1963 and is offering the book in exchange for a $50.00 donation.

The 40-page book is a pictorial record of every Bearkat football season between 1926 and 1963.  Season scores, news articles, team photos, individual player photos, and program advertisements are just some of what is offered for each year.

The book is truly a treasure for those who are in the book and the relatives of those players.  The photos have been digitally enhanced and the book is printed on durable, high-quality paper.

All proceeds from the sale of this book will go towards funding initiatives at Bossier High School.

What is PBIS?

Positive Behavior Intervention Support is a statewide initiative design to reward and manage students who Keep it positive, Act responsible, Train their brains, and Show respect.  For example students earn Bearkat Bucks to spend in the KATStore during a designated lunch period for each grading period.
